Leader of Diversity Long Service Leave – Weeks 4-10 of Term 3
Dear parents and carers,
As you may have read in our last newsletter, I will be taking Long Service Leave during Weeks 4 to 10 of Term 3.
It is a privilege to work alongside our dedicated staff in supporting our students and I understand that some families may feel concerned about this temporary change.
Please rest assured that the role will be in very capable hands during my absence. We are fortunate to have an experienced and well-respected member of our school community, Carla Abeleven, stepping in as Acting Leader of Diversity for our upper years students.
Carla knows our school well and brings a wealth of experience across a range of roles, ensuring continuity and strong support for both students and teachers. I will do a thorough handover with Carla at the end of this term and during the first few weeks of Term 3. My amazing Diversity team will also be available to support Carla during her time in this acting role.
I have full confidence that the transition will be smooth and please rest assured that the support for our students is our top priority.
I look forward to returning for Term 4, refreshed and ready to continue our work together.
